About Real Madrid:

Madrid's first forays into football were began by the professors and students of the Institución Libre de Enseñanza in 1895 which split in 1900 to become New Foot-Ball de Madrid and Español de Madrid with Español de Madrid splitting again in 1902 to become Sociedad Madrid FC, a club which is now known throughout the world as Real Madrid.

One of the most vital cornerstones of the Real Madrid story come sin the shape of Santiago Bernabeu who became club president in 1945 after previously filling the roles of player, first-team captain, club maintenance, first-team manager and director. Under Bernabeu the club was rebuilt following the Spanish Civil War and, with a sweeping set of reforms, the club's organizational structure was completely reformed by the forward thinking visionary Bernabeu.

He was also one of the proponents of the European Cup in the mid 1950s, a competition Real Madrid have dominated since first competing by winning the tournament a record nine times. Before passing away in 1978, Bernabéu left a lasting impression on Real Madrid by overseeing 1 Intercontinental Cup, 6 European Cups, 16 La Liga titles and 6 Spanish Cups.

The glory years of the great 1950s Real Madrid side of Alfredo di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas and Francisco Gento set the standard for Real Madrid as a club and their five European Cup wins in a row between 1955 and 1960 which earned them the UEFA Badge of Honour still ranks as probably the greatest footballing achievement of any club side in UEFA history.

By the early 1980s Madrid had lost their grasp on the La Liga title until a new batch of homegrown stars, known as 'El Quinta del Buitre', took the club to five back to back league titles. Emilio Butragueño, Manolo Sanchís, Martín Vazquéz, Míchel and Miguel Pardeza alongside Mexican superstar Hugo Sanchez only failed in one arena and that was the European Cup, in fact Sanchis was the only one of this team to ever gain a European Cup winner's medal, as a Real Madrid veteran in both 1998 and 2000.

Deep in debt by 2000, the club controversially got their training ground re-zoned and used the money to begin to assemble the famous "Galactico" side including players such as Zidane, Ronaldo, Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos, Raul and David Beckham. The huge gamble didn't pay off however and despite a European Cup win in 2002, the club had failed to win a major trophy since 2003 until they clinched the La Liga title in an amazing comeback in 2007.

About Inter Milan:

Internazionale is a professional football club based in Milan that was founded in 1908 and is more commonly known as Inter. Inter are bitter rivals with fellow city dwellers AC Milan and the football derbies between these two legendary clubs are always exciting and well fought.

Inter are one of the most successful clubs in Italian footballing history having collected fifteen Scudetti, five Coppa Italia, three UEFA Cups and two European Cups throughout their long and illustrious history. Inter are well known for having never been relegated from the top flight of Italian football in their history. Inter have solidified their position as one of Europe’s leading clubs and are a member of the G-14.

In their early days Inter tasted success quickly lifting their first Scudetto in 1910 just two years after the club’s formation. However, Inter had to wait until the 1938-39 season before they succeeded in securing their first Coppa Italia. Interestingly throughout the fascist period in Italy Inter abandoned the name Internazionale as it was frowned upon and they were instead known as Ambrosiana but they soon returned to their original name in 1942.

Inter excelled in the 1960's winning three League titles and back to back European Cup wins as the club enjoyed their most successful era to date. Inter continued to perform well and added further silverware to their already impressive trophy haul in the 1970's and 1980's.

However, in stark contrast the 1990's brought a period of decline to the club with Inter struggling to achieve even mediocre performances. Inter were languishing while rivals Juventus and AC Milan were taking both Italy and Europe by storm. Despite a poor turn in fortunes Inter still managed to lift three UEFA Cups in 1991, 1994 and 1998.

Inter finally laid these difficult years to rest lifting the Coppa Italia in consecutive years in 2005 and 2006 beating Roma in both finals. In addition to this Inter were awarded the 2005-06 League title after points were deducted from Juventus and AC Milan due to their involvement in a match fixing scandal. Inter firmly established themselves as a force in Italian football that nobody could question when they lifted the League title at the end of the 2006-07 season in their own right.

About Juventus:

Founded in 1897 by a group of school boys Juventus have grown to become one of the largest and most successful clubs in Europe. Juventus' position as major contenders in European football is underlined in their founding membership of the G-14, a group which represents 18 of the largest and most prominent football clubs in Europe.

Edoardo Agnelli took contol of Juventus in 1923 and a period of major investment ensued at the club which led to second Championship win in 1926. The 1930’s hailed further success for Juventus as they collected a further five consecutive League titles from 1931 through to 1935. Following the death of Agnelli Juventus took a downward turn in performance struggling to find the form that had propelled them to success in the first half of the 1930's. Following the Second World War Juventus were back to winning ways collecting further Championship titles. This form continued into the 1950’s as Juventus built up a reputation as skilled competitors hungry for success and the club reaped the rewards as they completed the double in the 1959-60 season.

Juventus' stronghold in Italian football was further solidified in the 1970’s as the club lifted the Scudetto on four occasions due to performances of influential players such as Fabio Capello. Despite the success enjoyed domestically a European trophy still eluded Juventus until 1977 when the club lifted the UEFA Cup for the first time under the management of Giovanni Trapattoni. Trapattoni's management led to further dominance in the League in the early 1980's helped by notable players such as Michel Platini. The 1980's were highlighted by a European Cup win in 1985 when Juventus beat Liverpool in the final. Tragically thirty nine fans lost their lives on this night as a stadium collapsed in what has become known as the Heysel Stadium disaster.

Recently Juventus have been marred in a wave of controversy due to a match fixing scandal in which Juventus were sentenced to relegation to Serie B and stripped of two of their Serie A titles and docked points for the 2006-07 season. The 2006-07 season saw Juventus play outside the top tier of Italian football for the first time in the club's history and immediately bounce back to Serie A securing promotion at the first attempt.

About AC Milan:

Originally founded as Milan Cricket and Football Club on December 16, 1899, by a former British vice-consul in Milan called Alfred Edwards, AC Milan also initially included a cricket section, managed by Edward Berra, and a football section assigned to David Allison.

The current club colours of red and black were immediately chosen to represent the club who went on to break Genoa’s monopoly and win the national league in in 1901, 1906 and 1907. A year later a rift opened between some of the members over whether or not to sign foreign players and a progressive faction split to form Internazionale of Milan.

Milan Cricket and Football Club played under that name until the fascist regime ordered them to change their name to Associazione Calcio Milano in 1939 which was then changed to the current version of Associazione Calcio Milan once the Second World War ended.

AC Milan have had several legendary sides throughout the years including the Il Grande Milan team which featured a trio of Swedish players composed by Gunnar Gren, Gunnar Nordahl and Nils Liedholm in the early 1950s and the first great side of the Silvio Berlusconi era which included Dutch triumvirate Ruud Gullit, Frank Rijkaard and Marco Van Basten.

Perhaps the greatest side of the modern era was the AC Milan Dream Team of the early to mid 1990s which, under Fabio Capello, went on an unprecedented 58 game unbeaten run with such Milan greats as Paolo Maldini, Franco Baresi and Roberto Donadoni and won the Scudetto in 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1996 as well as competing in three successive European Cup finals, winning the trophy in 1994.

Milan’s recent history has included a more dark twist as they again have become embroiled in a match fixing scandal similar to that which saw them punished by relegation for the same offence in 1980. This time the Italian authorities imposed a 30 points deduction for the previous season and another 8 points deduction for the upcoming 2006/2007 season.

Luck seems to shine on AC Milan however as despite the hindrance of a points deduction in Serie A, the club didn't falter in their quest for silverware in 2006/2007, lifting the European Champion's League trophy for a seventh time and gaining revenge on 2005 victors Liverpool in the final in Athens, Greece.

Profil Persijap Jepara

Ketua Klub: Achmad Marzuqi
Stadion: Gelora Bumi Kartini, Jepara.

Sejarah Singkat

About Manchester United:
Manchester United were founded in 1878 as Newton Heath, the works team for the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway workers in the local area. It was in 1902 following a brush with insolvency that the club changed hands and became Manchester United Football Club. It was under manager Matt Busby during the 1950s that Manchester United really came to the fore though as Scotsman Busby built a side based on players he had groomed through United's youth structure and fashioned a great side which became known as the "Busby Babes" due their precocious talents at young ages. Tragedy was to befall the club and the Busby Babes before they truly reached their peak though as the players and staff were involved in a plane crash at Munich in 1958 resulting in eight players and fifteen other passengers losing their lives and many others seriously injured including talismanic manager Matt Busby. The club recovered slowly under Busby's return following his recuperation and in the early 1960s began to piece together a side including players like Bobby Charlton (a survivor of the Munich crash), Denis Law (a Scottish goal machine striker) and the mercurial Northern Irishman George Best. An FA Cup win in 1963 was followed by English league title wins in 1965 and 1967 and was capped off by winning the European Cup in 1968 at Wembley, with Manchester United becoming the first English club to get their hands on Europe's premier club trophy. The side began to fall apart after this and following Busby's resignation in 1969 and several failed replacements the club found themselves relegated to the second division in 1974. Despite several FA Cup wins over the next ten years and a quick promotion back to the First Division, United didn't find a natural successor to Busby's legend until 1986 when Alex Ferguson replaced Ron Atkinson as manager and began a new dynasty. The impatient Manchester United board may have been close to sacking Ferguson a few times in his first few years but once he found his rhythm there was no stopping his sides with eight Premiership titles in ten years between 1993 and 2003 to show for their domestic dominance. In 1999, they also completed a treble of Premiership, FA Cup and a second European Cup win as Ferguson finally laid Matt Busby's ghost to rest. Now owned by American billionaire Malcolm Glazer, Manchester United are arguably the world's best known sporting brand and undeniably world football's biggest club.
